TransmitInbox

How contact data is handled

This page explains the contact form's current operation. For questions about your enquiry or information, email info@transmitinbox.com.

Information submitted

The form collects your name, email, optional Telegram username, company, selected service, and requirements. It also records the page URL, referring page, campaign tags when present, submission time, IP address, and browser user-agent. Please do not submit passwords, API keys, or sensitive customer lists.

Where your enquiry goes

Your details are used to review and respond to your request. The form sends an acknowledgement to your email and enquiry notifications to the team's email accounts. A team Telegram notification includes your contact details, selected service, campaign information, and an excerpt of your message. Enquiries are also logged in a server-side file outside the public website directory.

Spam prevention

The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated requests. The browser contacts Cloudflare for verification, and our server validates the resulting token before processing the enquiry. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Website services

The homepage uses Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions, including successful form submissions. Google Analytics uses cookies and processes usage information. See Google's Analytics privacy information. The website also loads fonts from Google Fonts. Email and Telegram delivery use the respective service providers.
