Are both storage options included?
No. The listed SAS and SSD configurations are alternatives. Tell us which one you need so we can confirm the hardware before provisioning.
How do the network options differ?
The listed choices are a 500 Mbps unmetered connection or a 1 Gbps connection with 300 TB transfer. Your agreement defines the selected option, measurement period, and fair-use terms.
Does hardware management include my applications?
Hardware-side management is included. Application administration, backups, migrations, and campaign operations must be included explicitly in your agreed scope.
Is RAID a backup service?
Do not treat the listed RAID configuration as a backup commitment. Tell us your recovery needs so backup storage, retention, and restore responsibilities can be agreed separately.
Can I order more IP addresses or different hardware?
You can request a custom configuration. Additional resources depend on availability and approval; the standard plans list one IP address each.
What happens after I request a server?
We reply to your enquiry, confirm availability and the specification, and send the next steps. Submitting the form does not reserve hardware or take payment.
