How are credits counted?
One email verification uses one credit. Your selected plan states the monthly allowance. Ask us to confirm duplicate handling, rechecks, and unused-credit terms before activation.
What will I receive?
We agree the output format during onboarding and provide results you can use to separate usable, invalid, and uncertain addresses. Verification is a point-in-time assessment.
Does verification guarantee delivery?
No. A verification result cannot guarantee future mailbox availability, inbox placement, or a response. The service helps you assess list quality before sending.
What does a catch-all result mean for my campaign?
Treat it as a result requiring review rather than an automatic green light. We explain uncertain classifications in the handover so your team can decide how to handle them.
Can I upload my list through this contact form?
No. Send only your list size and requirements in the enquiry. We arrange an appropriate transfer method after agreeing the service; do not paste customer lists into the form.
Can you handle more than one million addresses?
Yes. Choose Custom and include the approximate volume and turnaround you need. We confirm pricing and scope before accepting the job.
