What is included in the monthly allowance?
The plan specifies the number of emails per month. Before activation, we confirm the billing cycle, counting rules, and how retries or rejected messages are treated.
Is there an additional setup charge?
No separate standard setup fee is listed for these plans. Any work beyond the standard onboarding scope is discussed before you approve it.
Can I connect my existing email application?
Tell us which application you use. We review its SMTP connection requirements and include the relevant connection details in onboarding.
Do I need a domain?
You need control of the sending domain and access to its DNS settings, either directly or through an administrator, so the agreed authentication records can be configured.
Are purchased or scraped lists accepted?
Do not assume they are accepted. We review the audience source and intended use before provisioning. This service is not permission to send abusive or unlawful messages.
What happens if I need more volume?
Request a larger plan before exceeding the agreed allowance. We confirm the change and billing terms with you; this page does not authorize automatic overage charges.
How do I pay?
