How is this different from SMTP relay?
These plans are organized around dedicated bulk-sending infrastructure and daily capacity. The relay plans provide monthly sending allowances. We can help you choose based on workload and operational needs.
Which campaign tools are included?
MailWizz and PowerMTA are included in the setup. We document how licences, application access, and ongoing use are provided in your service agreement.
Is sending unlimited?
No. Each plan has a stated daily capacity. The actual sending schedule depends on the agreed configuration and operating conditions; higher requirements need a separate agreement.
Do you guarantee inbox placement?
No. We configure the infrastructure and authentication, but recipient systems decide how messages are handled. Sending capacity is not an inbox-placement or revenue guarantee.
Does dedicated infrastructure remove abuse restrictions?
No. This service does not promise immunity from suspension, complaints, legal obligations, or recipient filtering. We review the proposed use before provisioning.
Can I use this for critical transactional messages?
These plans are intended for bulk campaign workloads. Tell us about password resets, receipts, or other critical messages so we can agree an appropriate separate arrangement.
Can I request a larger configuration?
Yes. Include your expected daily traffic and infrastructure needs in the enquiry. We confirm the capacity and price before making changes.
